Email Blast Features |
Internovations' Email Blasting Service is a full-featured email marketing service. You can upload your email lists
using your browser, define your email blasts and schedule blasts using only your web browser.
Our service provides the following features:
Simple Email Blast Setup
Defining your email is simple and you only need your web browser. When setting up your email you can define your own
subject line, your own text in the body of the email and your own return address. Above and below the text body of your
email, you can also insert an image.
Prior to scheduling your blast, you can email a preview of your email to yourself or any email address that you'd like.
If you start setting up an email blast but need to finish setting it up at another time, not to worry. You can
simply logout and the next time you login, you can continue working right where you left off.
Email List Management
Using just your web browser, you can upload your email lists to our server. You can upload as many lists as you need
with as many email addresses in each list as you want. You can also edit your lists or manually enter new lists. With
our service you have the ability to delete your lists at anytime. You can also extract your lists from our
servers in a comma-delimited format to see which recipients opt-ed out of your email blasts and which email
addresses got rejected.
Recipient Opt-Out/Rejection Support
When you send emails with our system, our blasting program automatically appends an opt-out link to the bottom
of every email. Recipients of your emails can click on this link to opt-out of future email blasts from you. When a
recipient does this, the status of their email address is changed and our system will not attempt to send email to
them when you use that email list again. You can also extract your email lists from our servers so that you
can see which recipients opted-out and update your own internal systems.
Additionally, our system keeps track of email addresses that are rejected by other mail servers. If an email gets rejected,
it's status is changed as such and you can see this information by extracting your email list from our servers.
Email Resending
If you have an email blast that you want to send to multiple lists, this
is easy to do. After a blast has been sent, you can go to our Manage Blasts page
to resend a blast. When you resend a blast, you go through the entire blast
setup process again but this time everything you had entered before is already
there. You can change the email
if you want or simply select a new email list to send it to and schedule
the blast.
HTML Support
What makes our service so simple is that it's very structured. For those customers that need a bit more creative
flexibility, our system offers support for your own HTML emails. To send an HTML email, you simply copy and paste
your HTML code from your opening <BODY> tag to your closing </BODY> tag
and paste that in the text body field when defining your email blast. If you have images references in your HTML,
those images must exist someplace on the Internet (typically on your website) and your HTML code must reference
those images wherever they are being hosting.
Plain Text Email Support
Email marketing is a very powerful way to stay in touch with your customers. However, with so much spam on the Internet
it is becoming increasingly difficult to get emails through to their intended audience. To help gain better email
penetration, Internovations offers support for plain text emails.
Plain text emails include only text ...there is no formatting, no images, no HTML, only pure text. Because many
spam filters look for HTML code, scripts or links in emails and then flag such emails as spam, plain text emails
inherently offer greater potential for getting to their target.
Pay-As-You-Go
With Internovations' Email Blasting service there are no contracts, long term commitments or monthly fees.
You are charged at the time of your blast based on the number of email addresses that you attempt to
send email to. When you signup with us, your credit card will be charged a one time setup fee by
Internovations, LLC. You will be billed for individual email blasts as you execute them. There are no
other fees!
