Our service provides the following features:

  • Q. Does Internovations have email lists that I can buy?
    A. Internovations does not share or broker email addresses in any manner. Our Email Blasting Service is intended for businesses who maintain their own opt-in email address lists.

  • Q. Are there any monthly or recurring fees associated with the service?
    A. Setting up an account with us is FREE. Uploading lists is FREE. There are no monthly fees. You pay only when you execute an email blast to more than 3 recipients. The charge for any given email blast is determined by the number of email addresses that our system attempts to send your email to. Visit the pricing page for more details.

  • Q. Can I track who received my emails?
    A. Due to the numerous methods used to filter spam email, it is impossible for any emailing service to accurately determine how many emails made it to their intended recipients. However, when sending out HTML based emails we do track views and click-thru's. For both HTML and Text emails we track emails sent, rejected and opted-out.

  • Q. When I delete my email lists from your server, do they still exist someplace?
    A. No. When you delete one of your email lists from our server, it is truely deleted and we cannot recover it.

  • Q. I have millions of emails to send out, can I use your service?
    A. Internovations' Email Blasting Service is intended for small to medium sized enterprises. Because our intent is to provide a tool for you to stay-in-touch with your qualified lead or customer list, we recommend that you use our service for no more than 100k email addresses.
